Outreach

 



 



St. John's is a worshipping community with a meaningful and growing commitment to outreach. In 2022, organizations received a total of $12,000, compared with $5,000 in 2021.


In 2023, the St. John's Outreach budget is $14,200. Recipients this year include:


 

 

 

Salisbury Family Services, offering support for residents who are struggling

Corner Food Pantry, our local groceries for the hungry program

Hispanola Health Partners in Haiti, Haitian doctors and nurses providing full primary care to the country's most vulnerable

Housatonic Youth Services Bureau, providing free emotional and behavioral health services to youths and families

Jane Lloyd Fund to benefit cancer patients and their families in financial need

Chore Service, to help senior and disabled residents in the community remain at home

Salisbury EMS, fire and ambulance


In addition, all the proceeds from our Fall Festival activities are donated. St. John's also supports TGIF Souper Supper, which provides a monthly free meal to all in the Salisbury community.
